Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry Chopped pineapple pieces 50g ham, thinly sliced/diced 50g sliced cheese A spoonful tomato paste

Method

Have a thawed sheet of puff pastry laid out flat on your bench top. Cut down the middle. Smear the tomato paste all over the pastry with the back of a spoon. Directly opposite the sliced middle of the sheet layer the pineapple, cheese and ham. Now gently, tightly roll the pastry and filling until it meets the middle. Repeat with remaining pastry. Slice the log each 2 or so centimetres, you will make about 16 scrolls per party sheet. Place the scrolls on a tray lined with baking paper and then into a preheated oven at 180•c for about 15 mins. Freezable before baking
